We're carrier-neutral with multiple Tier 1 providers on-site including CenturyLink/Lumen, Zayo, and regional carriers. We can also facilitate connections to carriers not yet in the building. Contact us for the current carrier list.

Dedicated bandwidth gives you a fixed, guaranteed rate 24/7—you pay the same regardless of usage. Burstable allows you to exceed your committed rate when needed, with billing based on 95th percentile usage. Burstable is more flexible; dedicated is more predictable.

Yes, we support BGP sessions with your own IP address space (BYOIP). We can announce your prefixes over our network. We also provide IPv4 and IPv6 address blocks if you need them.

Port upgrades within existing capacity are typically same-day. Upgrades requiring new equipment or circuits vary by carrier but typically range from a few days to a few weeks. We work with carriers to expedite when needed.

Basic DDoS protection is included with all bandwidth services—we filter common attack patterns at the network edge. For enhanced protection with larger attack mitigation capacity and faster response, we offer premium DDoS services.

A cross-connect is a physical cable (fiber or copper) connecting your cabinet to another tenant or carrier in our meet-me room. You submit a request, we coordinate with both parties, and install the cable. Typical lead time is 1-3 business days.
