Customers have 24/7/365 access to their equipment. Simply present your credentials at the entrance, and you can access your cabinet any time, day or night. Remote hands support is also available around the clock.

Contact your account manager to add or remove authorized users. New users will need to provide identification and complete biometric enrollment before their first visit. Changes typically take 1-2 business days to process.

We maintain SSAE-18 SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. Our facility is also designed to support PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance requirements. We can provide documentation for your auditors upon request.

Yes, we accept equipment shipments during business hours. Include your company name and account number on the shipping label. For remote hands installation assistance, submit a ticket in advance with specifications.

Our 24/7 remote hands team can assist with equipment reboots, cable management, hardware installation, visual inspections, and more. Basic services are included with colocation; additional services are billed per-incident or on retainer.
